Shipping & Returns
Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post using standard shipping. Shipping will be 5 - 7 working days, up to 10 working days to Western Australia. If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions (eg "Leave at Reception").
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.
Damaged Or Wrong Items:
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Unfortunately JLUXE Beauty does not accept returns for incorrect choice. Please keep this in mind and be sure to double check your order.
How To Return:
Get in contact via to provide full details (name, number, order and reason), JLUXE will get in touch and arrange a returns parcel to be sent to you in which can pack the product and send back. Returns can take 5-10 days to reach us and a new replacement product will be arranged within 2 days of receiving the return.
